8:30                         All Helpers Meet at Hideaway Park to Decorate Reception Area

10:00                    Groom and Groomsmen Photos at the Church

10:30 – 11:00      Groom and Groomsmen Decorate Church (Under the Supervision of Katie Pitcher J )

11:00                     Bride and Bridesmaid Photos at the Church

12:30                     Entire Wedding Party should be dressed and ready to go at the church

1:00                        Wedding Begins

1:30                        Caterer Arrives to Reception Location

2:00                        Wedding Ends

2:00 – 2:15           Reception Line – Guests Leaving for Reception

2:15 – 3:00           Bridal Party Photos at the Church

Group Photos First, then they can leave; will continue with Bride and Groom Photos

Savannah and Helpers will pick up Wedding cake at Borlik Residence and set it up at reception

2:24 – 3:00           Guests Arriving at Reception

3:20 – 3:45           Bride and Groom Arrive at reception

4:00                        Dinner Served

4:20                        Toasts (while people are still sitting from dinner)

                                Maid of Honor, Best Man, Parents of Bride and Groom (?), Bride and Groom Thank You

5:00                        Cake Cutting

Hand out Gifts to Guests

6:30 – 7:00           Bride and Groom Leave
